From the treatment plant you will start directly in the heart of the matter in the sand then there will be an alternation with singles. You will arrive on the tirelague lake where a break is possible! Follows a walk to reach the beach behind lespecier. After crossing the road you are soon on the beach after crossing the dune. Go north for a while until you see an orange stake on the dune. It is time to cross it again and return to the forest to reach the starting point. The entire route is marked with orange signs. It is basically an equestrian course.
